Axxis
The Bosch Axxis is a compact washer with large capacity but a small environmental footprint.It features:

Overall reviewers seem to be pleased with the Axxis. There seems to be an issue on some with the door seal becoming brittle, or retaining water and becoming moldy in some cases. One reviewer even explainied how the mildew smell ended up in her clothes and how she was having to soak them overnight in order to get the smell out.
The Axxis is a little expensive on the price tag, but to be expected if you are purchasing a front load washer.

The Bosch Axxis Plus model WAS24460UC is a front load model as well.It features:

Unfortunately this washer only rates 2.5 stars out of 5 on Epinions. Many of the reviewers report that the spin cycle can be quite noisy, and if you have a large family then the compact size will not work in your favor. It is also said that the wash time seems to be longer than other washers. Reviewers say this is an average buy but a bit overpriced.
The Axxis and Axxis Plus models also feature corresponding dryer models that can be purchased to stack where compact spaces may require use of space.
Axxis Compact Condensation Dryer
The Axxis dryer is a ventless dryer, perfect for apartments or small spaces.It has sensor controlled automatic drying programs and four temperature settings including a short program for small loads.
The moisture sensor prevents wasted energy and over-drying. This is an electric dryer that is stackable with the Bosch Axxis washer brand. Bosch also carries a similar vented model.
Reviews on Epinions give this dryer 2 stars out of five. Some dissatisfied owners find that the lint trap is too sensitive, it operates too loudly, and doesn’t unwrinkled clothes.
